Contributors all over the field so far this season means UNC doesn't have a chance in hell of beating EWU this coming Saturday. The hunger every skill player is exhibiting means anyone of them can take over a game. Everyone plays to their capability. High chance of rain doesn't slow us down.

Eags beat the lumbering Bears: 52 - 17
(A shutout would not surprise me)

If the rain and windy conditions hold off, I think we score 45+ but its supposed to be a wet/windy Saturday so I say

Eastern 38
UNC 17

we are a much better team than UNC

Is it just me, or does it seem like every home game we've had the last two seasons has been very strong winds?? I know it's Cheney and we're used to it, but it seems like every single game it's been an issue!

ewueagle2010,
I taught of the same thing on Saturday last week, it seems as if the winds are always blowing extra hard when we play home. I think we will take this game also, but we need to replace some of the missed tackles, with firm tackles. You mentioned the young man from CV that is being recruited. #61 Beau Byus is also from CV 6'5", 235 lbs, and played is butt off on Saturday. His # used to be 86 and a TE. I had to go to my vehicle in the 4th qtr with ll+minutes left in the game, got to cold for me. How is the lady doing in the Academy?, she should be almost finished. See you on Saturday, with Gods Will. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

I'm so proud of this group of guys this year from the coaching staff, all the way to the trainers! We shouldn't be surprised anymore that they exceed expectations, but this year has so far been awesome! My wife is doing awesome and plugging along. She's about half way done and will be, God willing, done December 9th! Take care, Vic!

UNC is a better team than Davis so the Eags will need to get off to a better start than they have the past couple of games. If they can get a hot start and play with the lead it will really limit what UNC will be able to do on offense. If we lack focus we will let them hang around and give them a shot to win.

EWU 45
UNC 28

The rain is only scheduled for the am and the wind should only reach 10mph. Nothing that can dampen the inferno.

EWU 54
UNC 21 (one garbage time touchdown)

UNC doesn't keep this game as close as UC Davis did. So, we will call off the dogs earlier, thus resulting in a lower score. Don't be mistaken, though. UC Davis is better than UNC and EWU plays better than it did against UC Davis.

I'm hoping for a better than expected weather day with barely any breeze and some sun poking through!

Final score 55-24. Unfortunately I expect it to be closer than it should be at halftime, 21-10. Followed by us running away in the 2nd half.

GG with 4 more TD's and a running score. 500 yds/offense
Kupp with 10 grabs - 128 yds - 1 TD
KB - 8 grabs - 100 yds
Shaq - 6 grabs - 150! yds - 2 scores on 2 50+ yard plays
Custer - 3 grabs- 20 yds - 1 score.

Pierce and Wilson both run in a TD.

Special teams continues to be special in different ways, 2 good kick off returns ignite the crowd, but we miss 1 PAT much to Coach's chagrin.

Everyone will be glad they attended!

UNC has given us trouble the past couple years. I still think we should win this game 35-24. We can't have another 2nd qtr letdown against these guys, or we could end up in a dog fight.

This game should be a winner for EWU. We have to keep getting better every week to make a run at a Big Sky title and go deep into the playoffs. I believe this team has the make up to do just that. That being said, we eliminate the long periods of down time and play a little more conisitent.

Eags 48
Bears 20
