Here we are again. Lot's of strong emotion on the board. Deservedly so. So many changes this year have caught up with this team. We sometimes forget how young the players are and how the relative small school feel and rural student body plays a part of things at Eastern. Know everyone wants to see a "get well" game. This is the game for it.

Did Berriere practice yesterday? Wondering about the severity of his injury. With a healthy Berriere I think we win 48- 17. Without Berriere I think we see more of a North Dakota type game with lots of running plays. Ewu 31-21.

If EB is not playing it may be closer than 10 point game. NC has always been physical and both of our lines can not handle physical games. Frankly I don't know if we can score 32 points with Gunner our D will give up more than 1 score per qtr.
My glass half full says EB 3 is playing good and we score over 50 while NC is held under 20.
My glass half empty says EB3 is resting up for the Montana game in two weeks and Gunner can guide the Eagles to 24 points while the D is +2 on turnovers so NC scores only 13-17 points.

Excellent time for a home game. Gunner needs a lot more reps with his receivers and blockers on the practice field regardless if Barriere is expected to play. A well oiled Eagle offense will produce better defensive results.

Agree. I think we're the much more talented team, but if we aren't playing confident football, this season could get even worse. The good news is that even though we've lost 5 of the last 7, we haven't been losing at home.
