Prediction UND 3 @ EWU 54 Victory!

To state the obvious, Eastern needs this one.

Not sure about VA's recovery at this point, but don't believe he will play.

EWU won't be playing at 7,000+ feet this week. Homecoming will matter. Eags will kick 3 FG's this week and win the game. Hamlin breaks the tackle record.

Eags 44 - 31 UND Too many but not enough. In the meantime, the Earth is still circling the Sun.

North Dakota cannot score. Period. Even against a defense of our caliber. This will be a good confidence booster for the D.
And I expect Beau to learn from last game and FEED FORTE all day long. West will manage the game and make a few plays.

Lucky, it's good to see your prediction topic started this week. I personally blame last weekend on you and your failure to be there for us! :rofl: Just kidding for those of you unfamiliar with my sense of humor and biting sarcasm...
 
It will be interesting how the team reacts to the NAU loss. I HOPE they gel and work hard for each other. Given their reputation of a good defense and we are just average on offense lately I doubt the Eagles will score more than 4 TD's. On defense the Eagles are playing quite well, in fact kept us in the game last week, so I could see anywhere from a shutout to a 10 point day for the Fighting Sue.

Hmm, the UND defense is supposed to be pretty good, but I think their offense is really going to struggle against our improving defense. Find some offensive balance, and we win this game.

UND has a shockingly potent defense this year, I will reneg on my previous posts about field goals. In this low scoring affair I think we will be looking at 3 TD's and 3 FG's. 30-10.

If the No Names can score on turnover's (pick 6's etc), it could be more trouble. West has been good about not throwing INT's and only Mario has been spitting up fumbles, I think we are careful about protecting the ball and managing the game. No "blow out" in this one, despite my predicting a 20 point win.

Not much time this week, but I think EWU pulls a dominating game. UND just isn't very good.

Also, EWU hasn't lost a regular season November game since 2008.
