With the SID retiring in the spring, is this an opportunity to clean house inside the department? I have no idea of the inner workings, but on the surface it would seem like a good time to get some fresh water in the Athletic department.

Since Where's Waldo is a member of the incompetence running the athletic department, maybe he should be asking questions, like; What can I do to improve the issues that are affecting the department? How can I bring in more donations to the program by improving the atmosphere of the games, making buying tickets and scheduling events simpler, MAKING SURE THE FANS AND STUDENTS KNOW WHEN EVENTS ARE (i.e. marketing) and finally being respectful and focusing on excellent customer service (fighting with the die hard fans on a forum isn't the best way to securing donations, remember ever little bit helps and at Weber beggars can't be choosey)? What are some things that I could share on this forum, about the state of Wildcat Athletics, that will really endear the department to its fans (this hasn't ever happened)? And finally, since most athletic departments run on tight budgets, and we all know Weber's is rarely in the black, What can Weber State's administration, and the Athletic Department do to raise funds, increase fan attendance, and promote student loyalty to the institution (students are the future lifeblood of the institution)?
I'm pretty sure if you really cared about your job, had passion for it, and wanted to see the department improve, grow, and become more successful you'd actually care to take the time, exert the energy, and have the BALLS to ask these questions. YOU ARE AN INCOMPETENT MORON!! Coming onto a fans forum and arguing with the fans that do buy season tickets, support the department, even though it functions like a bunch of retarded monkeys trying to peel a banana, and cares enough to provide SUGGESTIONS, is not the right step BUD.

I agree whole heartdly with smjcpa Joker is really the song we should be playing. I mean why mess with something that worked. I know it always gets me into the game and ready to go and I know most would agree.
