Prukop to be a Duck

So there are already five QB's there including a highly recruited kid from Hawaii. why go there unless again they said you are our starter. They are going to need to just keep doing this now. What recruit would want to go there knowing that there is a possibility you might get pushed to the side for a 1 and done. Dumb move! No loyalty O. Develop your own kids.
