PSU vs UC-Davis

The two losses for UC-Davis are playing each other currently on Versus Network. In some way this might help the Vikings know what to address when coming up with a game plan tomorrow.

Last night, the Aggies beat Nicholls State 69-67.
 
Im going to the UC dAvis game tomorrow. Should be a good one. I heard that Davis is actually getting better.
 
You can't come back from that sort of deficit, although they came close. They weren't ready in the first half, and that's unfortunate.

We are much different that last year's team. Even though we only lost a few players, this team is much more athletic and basketball savvy. Much like tonight's game, our game on Wednesday against Nicholls State would have been games we lost last year. Now, we are not only competing in those contests, we are coming away with wins.

You guys are very athletic and quick, not to mention a ton of guys have the ability to hit the long ball. After traveling to the game at PGE Park and the game tonight, we really don't like to take the easy road. This was a game fo 2 halfs. the aggies were on fire in the first half hitting 7-8 form 3 point land. the viks couldnt get out on there 3's quick enough, and couldnt hit a shot in the 1st half this got them down by 22 at one point. The 2nd half the viks looked like a different team, hustling, better D and hiiting their shots. got back to within 3 at one point but just couldnt do it.
There were also some VERY questionable calls by the refs but not much you can do about that.
Lets hope they rebound from this and beat the Pilots.
 
The refs were consistently awful on both sides of the ball. There were bad calls all over the place. The first half they let a lot of it go and the second half going up and down the court a few times without a whistle being blown was a rarity.
 
I agree with Aggie6thman, the refs were pretty horrible both ways but when we were making the come back is when it was the worst (in my eyes because of course I was rooting for the Viks)
 
Disappointing loss. If the team learned about being ready for a game, then maybe it wasn't a total loss. Better be ready for the Pilots, because I know they'll be ready for you. Come on Viks, let's go!
 
OSU beats Davis handily to go along with the Pilots over Montana. What is with the Viks' opponents. They play great one night, then terrible another.
