Agreed. Messy. We had no answer for thier Valentine until she fouled out. God help us if Faucher is hurt. Hard to be patient while Murrell tries to find the team.

Better ball movement some of the time....friendly rims for Claire; hate to watch the one pass yack's, drives me nuts and that's still happening. Sometimes players seem not to know what to do when Claire has the ball...they seem to stand around and wait for her to make it happen which she does but it doesn't help the team develop any chemistry or confidence in their own shots. Oh well good to get a W, keep working together, it will come at conference time!
Go Viks and get Pacific this year!!!

I thought the Vikings did an excellent job on UCSB's Valentine after the first few minutes of the game. Although she had 17 points, she had 9 turnovers and only 3 rebounds. The back up center had 2 points and 1 rebound.

The Vikings got 6 points and 7 rebounds from Wade with no turnovers and 10 points and 4 rebounds from Yankus who had only one turnover.

The team still has to establish its identity but a win is a win. KV was reluctant to shoot but started playing like we know she can play in the game's final minutes.
