It is no secret that our punting game was pretty pathetic this season. I'll give the benefit of a doubt and hope he makes strides :lol: to improve this off season. But if that does not work out what do you think of this?
In some instances we should just go for it on 4th down.Other times we could use EB3 like Travis Lulay of the Bobcats years ago. He would line up in shotgun or a little deeper and roll out. Travis was good at a roll kick that netted pretty good yardage. In EB#'s case he would be a threat to run for the 1st down if he elected not to punt.
 
Gunner Talkinton even came in and blasted one 30 yeards in the PSU game.
*What you do is go recruit a punter...a good one. I imagine they are looking at a couple as we speak. Grab a transfer, did that a few years ago and he was great. Grab that kid from Lindenwood and give him a partial...he was good. Saw a lotta good punters...all on the other teams we played.
