I'd like to thank HHD for letting us know about the signing of 4-2-4 transfer Pete Murdaca to Sac. He comes from another four year school via Delta College. The move was confirmed by The Record in yesterday's edition, scooping the Lodi News-Sentinel, which reported it today. This is nothing new, of course. The LNS has been a cr@p fishwrap in terms of covering local colleges for years. It's important for Lodi readers because Murdaca is from Lodi via Stockton-St. Mary's, I believe. From what I've heard, the idea that he'll give MBT and Baby Brother some good competition for the starting QB position is almost a lead-pipe cinch.
