I saw this quote on ESPN comment section from the game from a guy named GEO-Aggie

"Well the academic difference between USU and Weber is about the same as Harvard and USU"

Are all Aggie alumni this stupid? Do they really think this????

here is link http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/conversation?gameId=313192692" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it's towards the bottom

One idiot doesn't speak for an entire university.

I have heard similar statements made in the past from Aggie students/fans. I have a friend who works with a bunch of USU graduates who, according to him, regularly tell him this type of crap. He used to like Utah State, but ever since he got this job he started hating Utah State more than BYU (and he is a hardcore BYU hater)

Neither are high-class academic institutions. Both provide excellent associates and bachelors programs to the State of Utah, but neither of them are outstanding graduate/doctorate schools. Students go elsewhere to fulfill get those degrees. It depends on the specific college/degree you are talking about in order to distinguish which school is "better". Obviously if I was going into mechanical & aeronautical engineering, agricultural science, etc. I would go to Utah State. If I wanted to go into nursing or business I would probably go to Weber. Ignore such comments, the Loganites are cut off from the Wasatch valley and have an elitist & exclusionary attitude towards everyone. I'll never forget Mountain Crest high school accusing us of all being "gangsters and thugs", when 90% of my high school alma mater was from the middle class.
