OK. I'm going to resurrect this puppy to try to get some conversation going. We have some good minds here, and I don't want to see them atrophy over the summer!

:D

OK. Here goes:

Which of the Hornets' new big men will have the most impact on the inside game, specifically, scoring, rebounding, blocked shots, and overall defense?

You can separate this out if you like....

Well up front the big three will be the two Stuteville brothers and Hornsby. After that, you have Demps playing the 3 as a combo guard/small forward.

I think (hope) the elder Stuteville continues where he left off at the end of last season and takes his game to a whole new level.

Well I believe the starters will be Eric Stuteville, Nick Hornsby, and Cody Demps. The new big men ( Justin Strings, Mason Stuteville, and James Herrick) will have to earn time by playing hard nosed defense. Mason has probably the best chance to make an early impact but he will (once again) have to prove he can defend at the 4. His offense is way ahead of his defense. I'm hoping that Justin can come in and contribute at the 4 and some 3. Nick is going to start at the 4 even though he is better suited for the 3. This team will be very deep. May be deep enough to red shirt someone.
