I was just wondering what the reasons are for Mike Kramer being let go. I know that Tingey and company won't ever talk about this, but do you think it was because he was too hard on his players, and guys like Michael Sanders were too afraid to make a mistake? Do you think that, with the exception of Don Bailey, he interfered too much with the play calling and wouldn't let the offensive coordinators do their job? Do you think it was because of some of the decisions he made, like putting himself in as defensive coordinator and later special teams coordinator, and did a bad job at coaching those positions -- at least I think he was coaching those two. Do you think it was because guys like Rob Phoenicie and Matt Troxel didn't want to work with him and left for other colleges -- but came back when Kramer was let go? Do you think it was just because of his win-loss record, or do you think it may be because of all of these factors or other factors that may be involved? What's your opinion?

If I had to guess Tingey felt it was in the best interest of the team to make a coaching change for whatever reasons he had. Those reasons are probably confidential between him and Kramer.
