R.I.P. President Gerth

I hadn't heard about this until now, but the longest-serving President in school history (and in office while I was at Sac), Donald R. Gerth, passed away 06 DEC at 93. A Celebration of Life is scheduled on campus 20 MAR at 1300 in the University Ballroom. The school website will livestream the ceremony.
