While the 2019 Viking Football Media Guide lists "Rip City Radio 620 AM, www.ripcityradio.com" as providing radio coverage this season, the posted schedule indicates something different. The radio station is not listed as it has been in the past. Now the listen link for away games takes you to https://goviks.com/watch/. There are no listen links for home games.

Didn't you complain about this last season? Said it was a detriment to the team, school, program. The usual shtick.

And I kindly answered, "whatever".

Both Chad Doing and Mike Rickart have been talking about PSU football being on 620AM. We'll see what happens but I am not too concerned about it. I like the video better.

When the country oldies station went off the air and onto computer only, people were upset. They, too, saw it as a "step back". I see it as a step forward. I actually have it as one of my favorites. Now I don't have to worry about 103.3 "bleeding" on to it.
