Ok here's the design. As I posted on the Bengal site, the system won't recognize the dimensions. The link is open to the public so go ahead and have a gander at it.

Not so sure that a slogan and a design is the answer. I'm thinking that a win by Idaho State here and there might just do the trick to make this so-called "RIVALRY" more serious. Just a thought.
