This road trip will tell the tale of this season - looking forward to the games in my area (USF & CAL)!! I see the biggest challenge will be from UW- Shawn Kemp Jr is a beast Kyle will have his hands full but will rise to the task!! Hope Tyler, Drew and OG fill it up!!!

TReid42,
Was you the Basketball Coach at Lewis And Clark High School? If you was I know you, if not must get to meet you. Kyle is looking good, but I don't think he gets enough time on the floor. I am not the Coach, he deals with that, when you sit in the audience and see the little time, some players get, you wonder how we are 6-1. Not being negative, just expressing my opinion. I remember the year when we had Alvin Snow, Mark Axton, and many others, we went to the Huskies Arena, and left with a 1 point "Victory" forgot the year that was, we even went to in California, and defeated St. Joseph @ that time #1 in the nation, again by 1 point. This was under Ray J. and Burns. Good Memories. Vic Wallace

Vic E Wallace sorry to disappoint but I was not that Coach! Kyle may not be seeing a lot of time yet this season but I feel he is playing his "role" for the Eagles as best he can - they need an athletic big man in the post and Kyle is doing his best - he's really a 4 with about a 20 foot range! These coaches and players are still learning about each other and the fact that they are doing so well and still kinda figuring it out is impressive!! Go Eagles!!

TReid42, I think that as the season progresses Kyle will get more minutes. Last game was the first game I saw his inside offensive moves which are very good. Like you have said, it is about the team working with different combinations and Kyle working into the flow. I am really looking forward to this road trip because of the quality of competition. This road trip will be a great primer for the BSC battle ahead.

Yup. Exactly right about this road trip. Obviously, the start has been very positive and the team looks really solid thus far. But we'll find out what we've really got here in December. 3 wins this month would be fair. 4 would be great, any more than that would be astounding.

From what I've seen of December's opponents CAL and UW are the only ones that will give them any real problems (I hope) I think 5 December wins would be appropriate!!

We should win at least 3 of these games, giving us a 10-3 record going into conference play. Which, all things considered, is pretty damn good.

And upsetting one of those Pac-12 is not completely out of the question, either.

Went to practice yesterday at USF the kids looked loose and ready! Can't wait for tonight!!

I think this will be a good test on the road in that shoebox they call a gym (not as bad as Sac State). I'm so glad you are able to watch your boy live his dream. Very special moment for you. Enjoy. I am always so proud when I hear my son playing his drums, that is his dream. Makes me so proud. I'm sure you feel the same way. Go Eags.
