• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

roll call Frisco

The wife and I are on our way. Headed down the 5th, back the 8th. Looked like just a few seats left on the better flights. Can't wait.

Flying in on the 6th and leaving on the 9th. My brother is coming with me. All that's left is to get tickets for the game! So pumped!!

Hubby and I are flying in on the 6th, back on the 8th and hoping some more family can come from Albuquerque! I still have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!!! Go Eags!

going down on the 5th, coming back on the 9th....I wish that Trail Blazers game vs dallas was thur, not tuesday!

Thursday and Saturday, with crew in tow plus another alumn and his girl who are meeting us from Phoenix.

In on the 6th, out the 8th and my wife and I cannot wait. Our friend Tony from Tacoma is flying in and out the same days, he is rallying to support our coach as Pierce County guys stick together. Tony helped put together the Pierce County "road show" appearance by Coach Baldwin in 2008 in Beau's first year as coach. Our gathering was at the Tacoma Elks and while we didn't have a big crowd, everyone there was excited about the future of EWU football. Tony even had an EWU helmet and he brought Beau's high school coach from Curtis. Pierce County is very proud of Coach Baldwin, Coach Best and Coach Hunter for their success.

For those of you who don't know this will not be the first championship game for Coach Baldwin. I will leave it to others to post the history of our coach but there is no doubt he is a winner, both on and off the field. Many people are responsible for the success of this team, ultimately it is the players who make it happen with their discipline and hard work. Our coaching staff, our athletic director, Michael and Kat Roos, our school President, Marc Hughes and all the "Red" donors and the die hard fans who attend every game helped make this happen. See you in Texas, thanks again Michael and Kat for making our dream possible. 8-0 on the Red but we can win another this year no matter what color the turf is. Scary to think we could be even better next season but need to finish on January 7 before we think about 2011.

Section 107
Row 7

Driving up from SA Friday morning...As a side note I have been wearing my Eagle gear around Texas and people have only been commenting on the field...good or bad they probably would never know us if we didn't have that thing.

welcome to the forum! I agree, all publicity is good:)

Section 105, row 11 seats 1-4. Finally bought our tickets today, friend is back from Hawaii and had to wait to see if his wife could come too. He is coming solo and our buddy from Tacoma will meet us there. Sounds like we will have a good EWU crowd but keep after people to come. We need everyone there to root the guys on and to celebrate afterwards. Win or lose on 1/7 this has been an epic season. I have no doubts we will prevail, Bo Levi has another year but going home to Texas for #9 means good karma for all. I also have no doubt JC will win his last college football game. Our seniors will lead the way, one more game and we're #1. With a bullet.

Got my tickets. We are going Wednesday and back home on Sunday. Tickets in 105 row 2 seats 19,20. WooHoo what a Merry Christmas it was!

Does anybody know if any fan gatherings are taking place in the Dallas area during game week? Is everyone staying in Frisco, or are people scattered all over the Metroplex? It sure would be fun to get all the Eagle fans together in the same place once or twice before the game.

Tbird
There is a list of events (2) on top of this thread. I would expect that fans other than Eagle Alum could join in.

I'd probably be interested in a bar meetup with fans from just this site too, however my 4 month old daughter will be on the trip with us, so i'm not sure when i might be able to join up.
