• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Root Sports And The Big Sky

If they televise the Eastern away games live...then I'm all about it, would love to see more road games live on TV rather than watching Big Sky TV online which is hit or miss.

I have a feeling this will primarily be directed towards the Montana schools, at least for football, as they have the bigger fan base and most of the big sky football games are played at the same time.

Hopefully it means more exposure to EWU on the west side of the state. I wonder if there's much money involved in the deal.

This answered most of my questions about the TV deal:

This is a solid deal for the BSC. Access to games is not limited by the deal and production of the Root televised games will be great. This deal is great news.

Root Sports did the production on the UW-EWU game this season, and to be honest, I thought it was pretty good. It was also pretty cool hearing Warren Moon talk about how great our QB was. :thumb:
