So, the BSC tournament final would be played in the Memorial Coliseum.

There is a whole lotta BSC play to go.

Oh, come on Marty. Get ready to break out that 00 shirt at the Memorial Coliseum !!
The Viks are winning the regular season this year....that's not in doubt.
2 road wins already !!
Like you, I don't like to count chickens early....but this is a no-brainer.

I am not only counting my chickens, but I have my ducks in a row, as well. PSU will be hosting the BSC tourny.

I don't know why you guys are already counting your ducks and beavers when you still have 13 games left to play. You had to go into 4 OT with NAU and then you only beat them by 1 point. What makes you think you will still win it when you could easly lose all your road games. There is a a 25% chance that the Big Sky tournament will be held at the Dee Events Center in Ogden Utah, since 1976 Weber has hosted 25% of the tournaments. Weber State has won 39% of all Big Sky titles so I like those odds. I believe you will be coming to Ogden in March for the tournament.

You'll think otherwise when we send you cats and your head garden gnome home with their tails between their legs and a suitcase full of beat down.

Maybe I will break out ole #00 for tonight.

Sounds like you have your lucky jersey you only break out for legit games...a few of us do the same thing at WSU.

I hope for 2 great games like last year...we won in Ogden by 5 and you won by 3 in Portland.

(also hoping for no blowouts)
(oh and a meeting in the BSCT would be nice too!)

Hey, just a little smack talk. No need to go below the belt and attack my laundry skills. ;-)

You know, it is so great that PSU is finally to a point where fans of other teams bother with conversations like this. These debates never happened when we were mediocre and boring for 10 years in a row.

As for the particulars of this issue, humbleweberfan, the past is the past. Your history of hosting tournaments is irrelevant. Upsets do happen in conference tournaments in one-bid leagues, so I'm not guaranteeing that PSU will make March Madness, but there is no reasonable way to argue that the Vikings won't take the regular season title. I just wish that your team and the other seven squads in the conference provided better competition so that PSU could earn an at-large bid.

Does Weber State's arena have a conflict for the post season tourney? I'm just asking.

No worries. WSU has a very young team and their inconsistency will bite them at some point.

Yes, there are still 9 games left to play but,...

Where will the conf tourney be if PSU hosts (which most would assume)?

If WSU can pull it off well that would be sweet having it in Ogden.

Either way I need WSU in the championship game now that I have HD, LOL!!!

Does a 14 point 80 to 66 win at the Stott Center for Weber State count as providing better competition?

And No, If Weber hosted the tourny, it will be held at the Dee Events Center.
