Sac @ MSU

Sac tried every way possible to give this one away. It looked like MSU was playing for a #1 draft pick or something. They just weren't taking. MSU is definately not peaking at the end of the season. They looked like a team that has given up. Sac is not half bad. You have to play to beat them.

MSU has thrown in the towel, the only thing that could save Huse is if he is able to get his team to the Tourny Championship. I could be wrong, since the Bobcats are a somewhat young team, but there is enough senior leadership to help them stay consistent and right the ship, I think the problem is coaching. To bad too, I think Huse is a pretty good guy.

SHOCKING!! Wow...

I can't believe that MSU couldn't get back into that game. SAC virtually gifted wrapped that one. Hilarious that the Boobcats couldn't figure out how to get the paper off the present and still lost. I truly feel badly for Huse and co.

CSU had 19 turnovers to MSU's 7 yet still one. This gets us one step closer. There is no way MSU will finish ahead of NAU. NAU is being handed a 4th place seed and EWU is being handed a spot in the conference tournament. Eags should thank Portland State for its DQ.

Before our first match-up of the year with Weber, I came on this board and stated that MSU has probably the least talented team I have seen in quite some time. Unfortunately, they are proving me correct. We flat out stink, our coaching is pathetic, and I am pretty sure the team has phoned it in. We may not win again this season, guaranteeing that we will not make the BSC tourney.

We have three seniors on this team, and the only one who has performed up to par is Bobby Howard. Rush and Pieploi have looked lost most of the season. We have absolutely no inside game whatever, and our youth is only hampered by the fact that they are both young and not very good. Not too many D1 players on this club.

Huse is in his fifth year, and things have not improved one iota since his taking over of the program. Dare I say - we may have even taken a step or two backward. The Bobcat men's b-ball program truly stinks right now, and with the players we have right now, it's not gonna get any better. I almost hate to say it, but part of me is wishing that we won't make the tourney just so maybe it opens somebody's eyes in Bozeman. It may be time for Huse to go, but he was just given a contract extension so I don't see him getting fired. This thing is gonna get a whole lot worse before it gets any better.
