Game had good flow, good shooting (or less than stellar defense), not many free throws, we won, they didn't, EWU didn't cover and I lost money. Another day on the court.
*It was great to see us start out on fire...no slow starting this game...just what the Dr. ordered!

If we ever put a whole game together, I don't think we can be beat by a team in our conference. It seems like we are either giving up a big lead. Or, coming from behind when down by a lot. The fact that we can constantly come back when we are down anywhere from 10 to 25 points is pretty amazing in itself. Let's hope we are putting together complete games come March.

Totally agree. As mentioned before, Eastern can be the best team in the conference and the worst team in the conference... sometimes in the same game!

One thing that is relatively constant, though, is Mason Peatling. He always brings it. The other guys, though, are way too erratic. Davidson can go off or he can be a turnover machine. Aiken can be throwing up bricks all night and then suddenly sink ten shots running. Magnusson has looked great, but he also gets turnover-itis. Rouse is solid offensively, but not active enough defensively. Groves can be making things happen, or just be a walking foul. But Peatling always seems to give out 40 quality minutes.

Very accurate assessment Dopa. You claim not to be a basketball guy. Your eyes don't miss much.
