I've already completely backtracked on my thoughts on Safron in several threads, but I'll do it again here. This kid is what he is. Sure he doesn't have the most touch and might not always make the best decisions, he is still a stone cold stud. And , I while not the best passer in the history of Sac State, he is or will be the best PLAYER to ever suit up at QB for the Hornets.

Safron is doing well VERY well now, and is certainly worthy of these honors, but best Hornet QB ever? I think Ricky Ray might have something to say about that.
I AM glad I read your statement a second time, though, because I missed the "at QB" part the first time. I'd have to object to placing Safron over Charles Roberts or John Gesek.
But for the last ten years? Safron could well be the best, if erratic as you guys note, player for the last decade....
