Greetings Weber State fans. I was hoping Weber would beat SUU so the Mustangs wouldn't catch them after a loss. Something I'm very grateful for is that Weber only has one week to prepare for our triple option. The two times opponents have had two weeks to prepare our offense has been anemic in scoring points. The big challenge for the Mustangs is getting both the offense and defense to play well on the same night. So far, each has shined at times but since it's not happened on the same night, hence 0-6. I will say that despite not having won a game yet, the team is still playing their asses off. Here's to a tough and physical game this coming weekend in SLO.

To me, each week, both teams are 0-0. Should be a hell of good game. I wish I could make it to SLO this year. One of the best places to catch a football game.

With Cantwell the Cats can and probably should win

Without Cantwell...Well It could be a long day.

I feel your pain, we lost our starting quarterback a couple weeks ago

Heard that Cantwell should be fine and ready to go. He could have come back last Saturday, but was held out as a precaution. Regardless of his current situation, the concern shouldn't necessarily be Cantwell, but the backup. You don't want to burn Jenks or Hymas' red shirt now, so we have two options: Shaw or Miles. Who can come in and keep the offense rolling? We can't depend on our running game. It isn't strong. We throw to open up the rushing offense.

What in thee L happened to the Wildkitties during the Bye week? They have looked off since. Can they just decline the off week next year?

I don’t think this is the first time the Cal Poly tv broadcast has put “Webert St” on the scoreboard.

An ugly win is an ugly win. I hope Weber can get back to the form they had before the Bye week, I'm sure the Griz won't come off their Bye week looking as bad.
