What? Expecting to get season tickets weeks before the first game? Wow!! That is faith. Guys we all know the drill. Here at the Weber, We are lucky if we get our tickets a few days before the game. I had to go pick mine up two years ago. And as for last year, I got my tickets the day before the first game. Imagine this, providing a customer with his/her purchase before the actual event. Novel idea!! I'm waiting for them to actually figure it out. Should get it eventually. I mean, you print, put in a package, place postage and let some other organization deliver. Difficult process!! Rocket science!!
All I've got to say is that I'm happy that the ticket office is in charge of this difficult assignment. I mean, the ticket office should send out tickets. Right? Not that they do it with any vigor or rush. Lord forbid fans get the tickets they pay for. I mean, really, there aren't that many tickets they need to worry about. What, maybe a 1000? With marketing, that would be a sign of success. "We got over 1000!!!" HIGH STANDARDS THERE! Without really advertising. No matter, we are lucky that it is the ticket office. If it was the marketing department, I'm sure they would be lost in the trunk of the marketing directors car. Right next to last years Big Sky Men's Championship signs.
