• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

We picked up a 13 point deficit in the first half, played them even (40-40) in the second half, and ended with a 13 point loss (72-59). If they hadn't hit a chance 3-pointer in the last seconds it would have been a 10 point game - not terrible at all, though disappointing. Yes, the floor leadership was missing, but look at the positives. Kate Lanz is hitting again! Misa didn't miss any free throws! (she didn't shoot any.) Brock hit the 4 she shot - we had 70% for the game. They out-gunned us with fewer TOs and more assists, and a hot-shooting guard and forward. VanBrocklin matched their guard but we had no answer for the forward. Rivard's not there yet. Still some tinkering to do before conference, and we don't have much time.

I think it was a 22 or 23 point deficit wasn't it? Yes some positives for us. Not many, Courtney did well but can't do it alone we saw that last year when one player was expected to win the games, or better said was blamed singly for the team's losses. Lanz can shoot the lights out but seems to have been in a slump. They all have too many TO's. Time will tell I think this team has great potential but they have to figure out how to manage their weak points soon. Consistency in line up would be important in the effort to fine tune.
