Vandiver has over 20 yrs of experience in coaching, last 7 at Wyoming. Spent some time there as assistant with former HC Jeff Linder. Can help especially with coaching the "big" players, which would definitely be good. Played professionally after college. Hope it's a positive add on to a program badly needing a turnaround.
