USA Today (through Ken Goe of OLive) saying Fulton has a domestic assault allegation from 2010 and 2016 while he was with Tampa Bay.

Here is the full USA Today story, from Rachel Axon...

The university needs to investigate these charges and if they are credible he should be fired. Just saying “he passed a background check” is not nearly good enough.

Assuming these accusations are true, which based on information available seems likely, it’s extremely disappointing that PSU would hire someone with this kind of history and it makes it harder for me to fully support this team and enjoying doing so. The sexual misconduct incident with Barnum a few years ago gave me the same feeling, but this is much more serious as the latter didn’t involve any kind of assault or anything non-consensual.

A single incidence of this kind of behavior is totally unacceptable, but when there is a second, on the record (and there may be more as it’s well documented that women often don’t report this kind of abuse), there is a pattern and this guy probably isn’t going to change.
