the one time it was played this year was awesome. If it doesny get played in the beginning (which i and everybody else prefers) at least play it at some point during the game.

Say what you want but I think not playing Joker before the usu game hurt us. The crowd, especially the student section was not in to the game as they were when usu played here last time. It was from the very beginning.

You still have to play basketball and players win and lose games. However, why does Joe think that taking away one of the few home court advantage/traditions that the WSU fans had going helps the Wildcats win?

Don't be stubborn and arrogant Joe. Bring it back Joe! Listen to the fans Joe!

If you are not careful Joe, you might be back at the stadium shoveling the stairs.

This is another clear cut example of how our athletic department could care less about the fans. When will the school, administration, and department leadership learn that the fans are the key to experiencing economic success. I will be honest, there are aspects of the department that I think are looking better, and I think Joe is a fairly decent guy, but nonetheless, the only reasons they have jobs is because of the Weber State faithful. In my opinion it would be better to work with, than against, the fans. The department that is helpful and that listens is the one that gets donations. At Weber, even a few dollars is a huge donation. Right now less than 5% our the student body would donate to the school.Why? Because they are treated like crap, the professional staff could care less about them, and its examples like this (Joker and the Theif) that the loyal fans don't want to continue supporting the school economically.

It's true! Joker and the Thief was played to start the game and Weber went into the locker room at the half up 48-31.
