• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Why doesn't softball play their home games at Irv Lind field out in SE rather than all the way out in Hillsboro? They used to.

I've wondered that myself. I'm assuming cost is the factor. Heck, why are our conference tennis matches in Vancouver?

I'm aware that time at any Portland park sports field is precious; time isn't easy to get. Thing is, if you're reserving game days at Erv Lind with maybe two hours before the game for prep, and you're not renting for practice, it doesn't seem to be more than $5,000 over 13 home games on 9 dates, and they're trying to avoid playing under lights at $20 an hour. It doesn't seem like much.

I think Hillsboro cut PSU a deal. Given the soccer team and the one-off occasional football games, it's probably part of a package deal. Eh.
