Starting RB

The funny thing is that the public is saying that Tuckett should have been 2nd behind Booker and needed more carries agreed .This didn't happen over night or in the last 2 final games :wtf: :wtf: where the coaches looking at all season during practice , the more I look into this are there more kids like Tuckett on the sideline that could impact this team like he did. But lets remember this is a business not a sport to win championships, :willybs: That is why WSC don't get recognized on the level that they should be.

I see it all too much man. I personally witnessed Cameron Higgins and Trevyn Smith being treated like scrubs and nobodys back in '07. They finally get their shot and look what happened? If we didn't have injuries or total failure Jimmy Barnes, these guys might have rode the pine for their entire careers. Sometimes they get so enamored with a player they don't recognize the talent or toughness or another player because their game isn't as "pretty" or that coach's "style". They didn't like Trevyn because he cut back too much, they didn't like Higgins because he scrambled out of the pocket and liked to through the deep ball. Tuckett is a good example of an old fashioned hard nosed runner that has almost gone extinct in this game. Montana for years under Hauck demolished the Sky by old fashioned hard nosed, strength & power football against BSC teams that had spread defense personnel. Enough of my ranting though. Just my humble opinion. :blah:

A huge question mark appeared from the scrimmage...Who will be our starting RB? I'm pretty sure it is going to be Booker, how could it not be? But in all honesty, there are a number of backs who could start or get signifcant carries this year. I was really impressed with all of our backs on Saturday. Collins, Parham, Tuckett, and Hinds all could carry the rock for the Cats this year, and be dangerous. Maybe that is the secret behind the Cats offense, depth. Using different players in different situations keeping the defense guessing.
They all have a great shot except for Tuckett. He's pretty much just a practice dummy. Yes, I'm a :hater:

Pretty much guessing that Hawkssb04 wishes he could take back this statement!
Already did. And yeah, I'm certainly glad to be wrong on this one.
