• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Weber leading or near the top of key statistical categories like defense, rebounding, scoring margin. But dead last in FT% percentage in conference games. Any predictions on how this stat may cost us a #1 seed for the conference tourney trip to the NCAA's?

We have really good shooters and really good free throw shooters. In practice, they hit a much higher percentage, and some of them hardly ever miss. I'm not sure why this is not translating into games, but there seems to be a collective angst happening. I keep expecting them to snap out of it at any time. I think that they just need a good game or two, at the line, and they will be where they should be. If it goes on for too long, it could eventually bite us in the butt. :yikes:

Bigs usually struggle with their freebies..Joel has been inconsistent in his career at Weber. Some games he is dialed in and doesn't miss, others...well. But it has been really frustrating watching our guards shoot. Even guys you expect to hit two end up missing both. Baker, who is our best FT shooter, misses two in the second half against Sac. He did atone for the misses and hit two down the stretch.

For all his troubles this season, it was nice seeing Senglin hit his freebies on Saturday. Yet, he has missed way to many in crunch time this season. He needs to clean that up.
