I am sure we will get more news as we get closer to Spring ball, but I do hear Hoke will not be participating in Spring ball as he just had shoulder surgery. Is this true? Does anyone else have any knowledge if any new recruit will be red shirting, going on a mission, etc. You know, who is looking good at certain positions, etc. Anyway, let the talk begin-
 
Thats to bad about hoke.. but better to get it fixed now.. what about the tanner hinds kid is he comming back or is he done? with his back troubles.. me and the wife were out to dinner last week and ran into the tuckett kid man he looks good he looks like he could play right now... any news on the running backs..after what we saw the last two games with tuckett he better be in there. also any news of new D backs... hope so we need them. lets here the news boys.......

I just don't get why Weber is soooo secretive about their players. Really weird if you ask me. You'd think you would want to highlight as much as you could about Weber when you had the chance. Hmmm. :dunce:
 
I don't believe colleges can comment on recruits, until they have signed LOIs. As far as existing players, probably not much to say until Spring Ball [other than they're working out hard, etc.].

Tuckett better damn well be the starter going into the season. And I wouldn't expect a whole lot of new blood in the defensive backfield. Only two non-starters left to graduation, and only one of them played much. With so much experience returning and new coaching, I think the DB play will be much improved.
