Stocking is Sentenced

A former Idaho State University softball coach charged with embezzling from the athletic department was sentenced Monday to seven years' probation and $46,000 in restitution.

Larry Stocking, an Idaho State University graduate and past softball coach for Rick's College, was charged with grand theft in January.

Not judging Mr. Stocking here, but he is one lucky fella not getting a day in jail. If I took 50K from the athletic department, I think I would end up in the slammer for quite a bit.

He is very, very lucky.
