Why do weird things always happen every year on the Montana road trips? It must be harmonic dissonance or in a magnetic vortex or sunspots or something?
Case in Point: Joel's dunk that bounces from beneath the rim off of his shoulder(?) and back out and the bucket is called off? I thought MSU's center had a hand in there from what I was able to see on BSTV.
Second weird thing: I have never seen an "administrative ejection" ? I am happy Mook did not get a technical/ejection, as he can still play against the Griz, but has anyone heard of/seen this kind of ejection? It hurt the Cats to not get Mook back for the last few minutes, he was on the bench to refresh and come back in.
Third weird thing: MSU hits 14 of 14 free throws at the end, including one of their worst FT shooters? When's the last time that happened, usually the bobcats find a way to give it away.
My hope: all the weird stuff is out of the system, the Wildcats go up to Missoula and have a more normal game, pound the ball inside against a known weak spot at the post for the Griz, and our perimeter shooters have their groove all night, and Weber splits on their trip. The road is not easy.....
