Some players have put on impressive numbers as far as weight is concerned and it is not fluber. :lol:
Is that a credit to our new strength and conditioning coach? I get the impression our players, especially Jrs and Srs are really focused on the end result being the Natty. Along with that everyone holds their breath when it comes to injuries. Will that additional strength help stave off some injuries? How important is conditioning in topic of injury prevention?
Lots of stuff going on behind the scenes most of us are not aware of.
