Students?

Does anyone know if there's going to be a large student turnout for this game? It seemed like we had a really poor student showing for the UND game and we need the students out there.

Based on tickets sold and the fact that both games were technically "sell-outs", there were around 2,000 fewer students at the UND than there were at the ISU game. That's not going to cut it. Hopefully the weather is decent and the students show up en-mass.

There is no way of knowing how many students will show up until the game starts. Last week, the weather was awful most of the day, it was the afternoon after Friday night Halloween parties and North Dakota isn't exactly special. It was the perfect storm leading to low student turnout.

This week is a big opponent, the likely return of VA, weather of sunny and 50, and no major party hollidays happening. I'd expect a great showing from the students!

Agreed. The students will be out in force and I think they will be as rowdy as they have ever been.
