I don't know what to say about SUU... They have played some pretty decent teams, and done alright against them, but their recent victory's were against Oakland and IPFW, which I don't think are very impressive. I know Baker can score at will, and it will take a herculanian effort to limit him tonight. The SUU offense is fluid and is run well, but a good man to man, being switched between 2-3 and 3-2 zones should slow them down. I think the Cats are quicker and more athletic. SUU is bigger and could be more aggressive. After the Long Beach game on Thurs...I'm not so sure that SUU can match our aggression, if thats how the Cats come out. If you are at the game or listening to it on the Radio, you will witness a marvel of coaching tonight. It will be a chess match between two great strategists. Anyway, I'm hoping for decent weather and a safe drive today to Cedar...

Yeah... I'm going to be using the online feed. A group of us were going to travel down to Cedar, but the trip was canceled... And no, we didn't turn back because of the storm!

well weber state has turned things it looks like

Knock on wood :!:

I think the team is starting to get D-1 basketball figured out. There is still a lot of room for improvement, they still need to figure out how to put teams away and not let them back in the game but it is nice to see them finish strong and be able to deal with teams making runs at the end of the game.

Very strange how we had D-Mah, Bull, Panos, & Morris all foul out.

I watched online with no audio, very blurry, thanks SUU! I see Ramos had 1 minute, so did we just have Davis and all guards in at the end?

At the end of the game...Davis was playing the 4 and there were four guards on the floor (Lillard, Hansen, McCoy, and Benson). Benson played the final 4 or 5 mins. Weber had 29 fouls and SUU had 21 (five at the end of the game) resulting in 23 FT's for the Cats and 32 for the T-Birds (8 FTs for the Cats happened in the last 1:30 of the game). Looked like a little home cooking was going on. I really don't understand the slow down offense starting with over 5 mins remaining. Weber did the same thing against Long Beach, the difference being that Weber made the 3's that were taken against Long Beach, and didn't make their shots against SUU. This allowed the T-Birds to get back into the game.
