Win...never lead in 2nd half and missed free throws at end...Larry was going nuts as we missed so many free throws giving them a chance...won by 3. Man that was intense!!!

Wasn't looking good when we were down around 8 or 9 points with six or seven minutes remaining. We battled.... I love comebacks like this. We're continuing to build some character while getting victories. Definitely need to make free throws the remainder of the season though. I'm not sure how that problem is fixed overnight. Southern Utah has some dudes. Some bigtime transfers. This was a good win.

go eags!

RR, saw that WSU?UM came and thought griz shoulda won that game. And you were right when you said SUU had some guys who could play. UNC also have some excellent players and we need to play a good game, not a great game, to beat them. A good game would be the keeping out of foul trouble (a challenge), making free throws when most needed (a pattern) and rebounding the entire game (sometimes non-existent). If we do what we are capable of doing we should win at home and if we play great we win by 10+.

They have shot over 80% of F/T through the season so why only 55% last night?

If I'm not mistaken, the eags as a team are at 66.3% for the season in terms of free throw shooting. Not loving that in a close game.

go eags!
