Do they have any Taverns, Bars or Lounges close by Hillsboro Stadium ? I will miss going to the little place across the street from PGE park this year. I have met alot of nice VIKING fans in the past at that little place.

The Cornelius Pass Roadhouse (McMenamins) is nearby. They're guaranteed to have some food and spirits/beer.

Hillsboro Stadium is also more friendly to 'traditional' tailgating. Hell, they even had wine tasting in the tailgate area last week...

just make sure you show up plenty early, mcmenamins service, while not bad....is very, very slow.
