Tell me about yourselfs

What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Who are your players to watch? Do you guys have a tertiary color? Do your players' shoes have laces or velcro? Inquiring minds want to know!

Strengths, The O-LINE is the strongest part of this team, they dominated Wyoming's d-line, and Mike Hoke our QB is a dual threat guy who is very calm and collective and throws an accurate ball. Our running backs are also studs, all 4 of them (Im guessing Collins redshirted).

Weaknesses, from our first game I would say Our offensive coordinator is our biggest weakness, followed by our pass defense, our rush defense is ok, but needs work.

If Mixing Blue and red and making purple qualifies as a tertiary color than I guess that would be it. And even though it is not a school color, we use black quite a bit, our road pants are black, and our home uni's both the jersey and the pants are black.

Not sure about the shoes.

arquably the best offensive line in the country. they allowed 0 sacks last yr in about half our games including 0 to boston college and montana. wyoming had 0 sacks last week even though they predicted a number of them.

offensive line was solid last week and is our biggest strength on our team.

Well, I'm 5' 10", unfortunately 280. Live in Farmington, great family. My oldest daughter is at USU, a senior, and my other 3 kids will be going there too. My son WILL play football for the Aggies (try to tell him he won't!) and I'm a season ticket holder for FB and BB.

Oh, wait...you meant Weber's team, didn't you? Sorry. Got carried away!

OG J.C. Oram, OT Calab Turner, and LB Nick Webb were preseason all-conference. Oram and Webb were preseason all-Americans. Oram wears #73, Turner wears #72, and Webb wears #45. #4 Xavian Johnson was national freshman of the week for week one.

I respect your dedication to USU but living in Farmington I hope you're not one of those many d bag WSU grads that will drive past Ogden on their way to a USU, U, or BYU game.

This isn't an institute devotional sir. And it was an Aggie fan who started this thread. LAME attempt at humor BRO. :wtf:

I'm actually an Aggie that drives past Ogden on the way to Logan for games. However, I have stopped in Odgen when USU isn't playing or there isn't a game conflict with an away game, to support WSU. I just love college sports; not really BYU's though, with all due respect.

And by the way, Oram and Webb are local kids. And being from Farmington you probably know Tanner Hinds from Davis High. He's the second RB in and will see plenty of carries.

You should delete your response, it was really dumb.

Hinds was a decent player at Davis (I'm a Viewmont supporter); glad he ended up at WSU. He'll do a good job.
Decent? "Was named the 2009 Utah Class 5A MVP...Led the Darts to the 2009 5A state championship game...Had 281 carries for 1,931 yards and 24 touchdowns in 2009 and finished with 2,578 all-purpose yards...Averaged 148.5 rushing yards per game...Earned First Team 5A All-State Honors."

Nice numbers! He was like a bowling ball, not easy to bring down at all. What year is he at WSU? It'll be fun to see his career develop. I like it when the local kids stay local. Nice get!

Freshman

As has been stated, the Offensive Line is the strength of this team, however; and this is purely my opinion, but I think Weber's QB is going to shock people every single game he plays in. Hoke, along with our under-classmen. Mac and company have brought in some great looking recruits. This team is only going to get better every week they play together.
