The 20 kids new Coach Martin should be looking at.

With the 2011-12 hoops season set to tip off, ESPNHS has all the info you need on the top players in Idaho.

We've broken down the state's top 20 players into four teams based on their talent. Keep in mind, these preseason selections are based on past accomplishments and projected on-court performance in addition to recruit rankings.

First team

G: Deon Watson, Coeur d'Alene, 6-4, Senior
The two-sport star could play basketball and football in college.

G: Jared Stutzman, Bonneville, 6-5/160, Sophomore
The best underclassmen in the state already holds an offer from Utah.

F: Joey Nebeker, Melba, 6-8/200, Senior
The Boise State commit is considered the best player in the state.

F: Braiden Shaw, Eagle, 6-8/210, Junior
The versatile forward has already committed to BYU.

F: Ben Tucakovic, Borah, 6-6, Senior
Tucakovic made the Class 5A first team as a junior.




Second team

G: Marcus Colbert, Post Falls, 5-10, Senior
The Montana State commit averaged 16 points and 5 rebounds last year.

G: Eric Harr, Twin Falls, 6-0, Senior
The do-it-all guard averaged 18.4 points and five rebounds last season.

G: McKay Cannon, Shelly, 6-0, Junior
Cannon averaged 14.3 points and 4.9 assists per game as a sophomore.

F: Clark Wilkinson, Highland, 6-6, Junior
His father played in the NBA; he has an offer from Idaho State.

C: Brandon Luedtke, Mountain View, 6-4, Senior
He earned a spot on Class 5A's All-State second team as a junior.




Third team

G: Jack Nygaard, Kamiah, 6-2/180, Senior
The Class 2A all-state guard averaged 18 points as a junior.

G: Lane Brooks, Moscow, 5-10, Senior
Brooks captains the football and basketball squads for Moscow.

F: Ryker Price, Madison, 6-2, Senior
Price led Madison to a state title and earned all-state honors in Class 4A.

F: Dylan Jones, Rigby, 6-5, Senior
Jones earned all-state honors in Class 4A as a sophomore and junior.

C: Drew McKie, Weiser, 6-4, Senior
Many expect McKie to be Class 3A's best player this season.




Fourth team

G: Carson White, New Plymouth, 6-1, Senior
His 12 points and six boards per game earned him all-state honors in Class 2A.

F: Jake Hollifield, Jerome, 6-5/200, Senior
The talented football player holds it down on the hardwood, too.

F: Andrew Bruce, Bishop Kelly, 6-4/180, Senior
The rising prospect in Class 4A is a good defender in the paint.

F: Sawyer Wahl, Nezperce, 6-6/200, Senior
Wahl was named a member of the Class 1A All-State second team as a junior.

C: Ethan Couie, Salmon River, 6-5/195, Senior
Couie averaged a double-double to land on the Class 1A All-State team.
