• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

The PAC/MWC Dominoes Begin to Fall

“Transformational” is what I picked up on as well.
I wanted to share what I know, but not cause any issues w confidentiality. Next WEEK 🙏🏻
I take that to mean it's going to be a stream heavy deal with limited air time on the major networks. Pac will have to get creative to maximize the $/year/school number.

I saw that article yesterday, nothing new to folks that read this board and if anything a pretty underwhelming article. He fails to mention the impact KB the Quitter had when he bailed and just recycled the same names that are always mentioned whenever a HC hire happens. Credit for getting some Orr and Thompson quotes in though.

I think Barney the Dinosaur could have written a more in-depth article. Is Joe Davidson really Super Hornet?

Blaming the QB who gave this team half its playoff wins as a D1 program. Quiet down keyboard warrior.

This wasn't an offseason portal transfer, which is part of the game now. If he wanted out then he should have exited during one of the multiple portal sessions. Instead, KB the Quitter bailed 2 weeks into the season because reasons. That's his legacy now, which is sad given the immense talent he was gifted with and the notable games he won while balling out here.

For what its worth......on Sam Herder's X...
"....There’s something of a handshake deal for Davis to work towards an FBS reclassification in the near future."

Hard to take anything as fact on X just because it has quotes around it. But interesting to see the rumor from a pretty reputable source.

Yahoo Sports’ Dan Wetzel & Ross Dellenger, along with SI’s Pat Forder have a podcast called College Football Enquirer, which I listen to regularly.

Their last podcast on Monday entitled, Transfer portal creates bedlam & head coaches funding NIL, discussed the Michael Vick rumors about Norfolk State and Sacrament State starting at the 32:21 mark.

excerpt

Ross Dellenger:

And then, the report from ESPN, from Adam Schefter, that Vick was interviewing across the county at Sacramento State, which, you know, let me quickly dish on Sacramento State. They have been pushing now for three months, pretty hard, pretty publicly, to get into the FBS, to get in the PAC-12 specifically, but also maybe the Mountain West. And if you talk to those two conferences, I’m just saying what these two conferences say.

It's not my opinion. They say, no way, not a shot, no way in hell that they’re adding Sacramento State. Just they’ve been very clear about it, leaders at those two leagues.

But it has not stopped Sacramento State.

You can hear the entire thing here:

But Sacramento State's Kadeezy says otherwise.
