Thanks for the kind words. Sorry about the silence the last few weeks, but travel, responsibilities and other priorities have consumed my time, as was my fear at the beginning of the season. I didn't, however, intend to have the blog go out with such a whimper. It was fun to contribute in a small way and thanks to all the readers for humoring me through the wins and losses. After all, it is just a game and we are fortunate, in these economic times, to even have football. Oh yeah, and beat that school across the causeway!

I second that request! My camera battery went dead when I was trying to get it. The ball that MBT threw into the crowd after the game bounced to the girl in front of me. I could have got it if I wasn't screwing with that camera!

I heard after the game that while the crowd was storming the field, MBT was swimming against the tide all the way to the top of the stadium. Maybe he was making sure that ball went to a certain someone!
