thats the whole reason UNI gets to host

Looks like a bigger, longer, stranger version of USU's mad cow disease dance, the one where they are milking the cows.

i am not sure i understand what that video was. but lame or not why would we dis a student section that blows ours away? their student section was packed, everyone wearing the same thing. that is impressive.

if that is really what it is like at uni then they should be hosting the game. but their cit games i saw the stadium looked mostly empty.

Are you okay? More and more of your posts are making less and less sense... :dunce:

Northern Iowa's attendance average at home this year is 4,207 hardly deserving of hosting the entire tournament.

THe CIT should be catering to us, we are one of only two teams in this tournament that averaged over 6k.

I'm just saying most people on this forum think we deserve it (me being one of them), the only reason I can think of that we would is RPI and BPI, which you would think wouldn't be as big of a factor as audience...

dubs,

on the other thread i pointed out no team has had a home game so far with a worse rpi than the team they played. if so, is that the only consistency we can rely on with no official rules about bracketing or who hosts?

Air Forces RPI was higher than ours when we played

The CIT jumped the gun on this one, the only thing UNI has over us is RPI, which by the way they are ahead of us by ONE spot.

i am not sure how to look this one up...?

i think this is the answer. it looks like the RPI's on the cbs page are from when championship week ended.

http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/rankings/rpi/index2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

79 Air Force
83 UNI
85 WSU
151 Oral
158 Cal Poly
191 Bradley
210 Hawaii

this proves i was way off saying only better RPI teams have hosted all games. the format is a secret.
we have now narrowed down that RPI and attendance are nonfactors. what does that leave us with other than pure speculation and hearsay? we can keep researching if we have any other items on the list to consider.

Sounds like we need to infiltrate....go deep deep deep under cover. Somebody take that hottie that cofounded CI.com...get her drunk with a super secret potion until she spills her guts. That's the only way we're gonna find out. :stir:

The last thing to check would be who is more willing to :bananahump: and :flash: than the other team. Any way we can track this?
