Thought it might be a good idea to start a thread that combines all the local articles from across the state into one thread and everyone can add on to it as they see another one. I've picked up the ones on Renard Williams, Chris Powers, Nick Edwards and added one at the bottom. Nice to see stories from Kitsap to Maple Valley to Tacoma and Puyallup on all the local boys!

Two excellent articles from the Tuesday Spokesman. Team leaves at 3:00 pm today after a morning practice. Join us at O'Doherty's tonight downtown as EAA members gather and talk Eagle football. We have the back room reserved from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Great turnout at Northern Quest last night for the Coaches Show.

"Delaware head coach K.C. Keeler noted that Mitchell is “a talented young man. A lot of poise in the pocket. Very quick release. It really makes them go. You want to put pressure on him, but he knows exactly where to go with the ball,” Keeler said.

“He reminds me a lot of Pat [Devlin, the Delaware QB] in those kind of qualities. [Mitchell] is obviously a very bright kid, has very good mechanics. I think they have a group of pretty good receivers. I think there’s some similarities between the young man we have and who they have."
