The Titans have signed former Cardinals linebacker Pago Togafau to a one-year deal. The Titans claimed him off waivers last month and were awarded his rights. Since then, a ruling regarding a previous injury-shortened season has changed Togafau’s status to a restricted free agent, but the Titans worked out a one-year, $470,00 deal with his agent.
