“Our team finished with a 27-5 record, the best season record in the short three-year history of the program,” he added. “This year I averaged 24.6 points per game, 5 assists and 3 rebounds.
Starks shot more than 80 percent from the free throw line, and made more than 100 threes at a 40 percent rate. Some of best performances included setting the school’s record this past season making 11 three-pointers in a 37-point performance.
Later in the season Stark had another record-breaking output, setting the Lindenwood single game scoring record with 41 points in a game vs. Logan College. He become the first player in the history of the program to score more 1,000 points.
“I also became a first team USCAA All-American this year for the second year in a row after earning those honors last season as well,” Starks noted. “I currently serve as the team’s all time leading scorer, scoring more than 1,500 points in my tenure there.
