PSU is 8-1 right now

Nov 15 @ Rice Houston, TX W 78-74
Nov 18 Portland Portland, OR W 81-76
Nov 23 CS-Fullerton Portland, OR W 76-75
Nov 26 vs Northern Illinois Anchorage, AK W 79-58
Nov 28 vs Hampton Anchorage, AK L 77-71 OT
Nov 29 vs Seattle Anchorage, AK W 81-67
Dec 6 Seattle Portland, OR W 73-68
Dec 9 Lewis and Clark Portland, OR W 77-66
Dec 14 @ Washington Seattle, WA L 84-83

With the following remaining.

Dec 17 @ Cal Poly SLO, CA 8:00 PM
Dec 23 @ Gonzaga Spokane, WA 6:00 PM
Dec 27 @ Texas Southern Houston, TX 6:00 PM
Dec 29 @ Baylor Waco, TX 6:00 PM

PSU's first 5 conf games:
(They play at Montana inbetween Cal Poly and Gonzaga)
Jan 2 @ Sacramento State* Sac, CA 8:05 PM
Jan 4 @ Northern Arizona* Flagstaff, AZ 2:05 PM
Jan 8 Weber State* Portland, OR 8:05 PM
Jan 10 Idaho State* Portland, OR 8:05 PM

After the UM game, what are the odds of PSU going 1-3 or 2-2 in the next 4? Going to NAU is always difficult, then taking on WSU and ISU at home.

Even if they can get 3 wins they will be looking like the team we expected. If they go 4-0 I think we know who might be hosting. If they go 1-3 it goes back to the last few years where it looked like anybody in the 'Sky could win it.

Make that 7-2, and they haven't played anyone, are you kiding, let's see what happens when they play the next 4 games, I wouldn't be surprized if they go 1-3. Their schedule looks like something the USU braintrust would schedule. Makes me love our coach Randy Rahe willing to play anyone, anytime, anywhere. It might hurt our record upfront but come conference time our boys will be tough as nails.

Ok, that was a really really good win they had against Gonzaga last night. They are going to be tough to beat for the Big Sky title this year.

they may be one of the top big sky teams ever

from Portland...

There is still a lot of basketball to be played. And I think WSU has had some pretty amazing teams over the years.

i know that weber has had some good teams over the years but still beating the 7 ranked team in the country is still big
