Bad news folks. This was, sadly, made by an EWU student. The account was made two years ago and has EWU references throughout. And the topping on the cake was this picture (from the inside of our library)

So either this the most elaborate troll I've ever seen, or it's a student. Occam's razor says it's most likely a student.
