If we can beat ISU (2nd to last in conf) and the Griz take care of business against PSU on thursday, we will lock up a bye for the tourney...

We would either play MSU or Weber in our first game in the qtrs...although we have an outside shot at the 3 seed as well...

I am far from convinced that both the Griz and the eags are going to win on Thursday. In my predictions thread I predicted that ISU would beat Eastern. I don't think Montana is out of the woods Thursday either. PSU is one of the hottest teams in the league and the Griz barely beat Northern Arizona on Monday. Northern Arizona missed a last-second shot or they would have won. That game was in Missoula too. ISU just had a pretty convincing win against Weber on Monday as well. They are much tougher than people give them credit for. Even if we pull that game out we have to turn around and play down in Ogden on Saturday. We can win twice but it's going to be tough. We can also lose both of these games if we don't approach this road trip like we're on a mission. I predicted that we would lose both of these upcoming games but I hope I'm wrong.

go eags!

If the Griz beat PSU Thursday I’m pretty sure we will get a bye regardless of how we do this week because we would own the tiebreaker over PSU, SUU, and MSU if we finish tied with any of them

Several of the teams with weak records have improved noticeably late in the season so ISU is no slouch just as PSU will give the Griz all they want and maybe then some. And I could see the Cats lost the next two. It is going to be a crazy weekend.
